Personal Notables: Naomi is an active and competitive blue belt in the martial art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and loves to compete in IBJJF tournaments. Also a committed and dedicated yogi, Naomi has been a yoga practitioner for over 7 years, and teaching for over 5. Always curious and ready to learn, she enjoys quiet trips in nature, good books, art — living as whole a life as possible!

Monzell Baker

Personal Trainer, Health Fitness Specialist



Education & Certifications: B.S. Public Health and Kinesiology -Lamar University; Post-graduate work in Exercise Physiology. 

Areas of Specialization: Personal training, nutritional supplementation consultation, speed training, and weight management. 

Personal Notables: He is a five-time Master’s track & field national and regional champion in the long jump and the triple jump and regional champion in the 100m and 200m sprints. He has coached university and secondary school track and field athletes for numerous years, has facilitated cooperate fitness training, and has taught as faculty in Kinesiology at a community college.
